    Before you begin

Impact squad members can easily log in and access customer instances to facilitate effective support and rapid issue resolution. During the Guided Setup onboarding process, you’ll be able to provide consent on the Know your Squad and Grant SNC Access page. Select your Squad members then select Approve and the selected members will have read-only access to your Impact Store Application.

When approved,  the selected members  gain read-only access  to your Impact Store Application for 30 days.

For other access requests outside of onboarding, squad members can trigger an access request, which sends an email to you where you can approve or reject the request through the Impact Store Application. Notifications are sent if Impact squad members change.
