- Session Preparation: A Technical Accelerator Consultant provisions a temporary instance, activates necessary plug-ins, and configures a custom AI agent.
- Customer Coaching Sessions:
- Session #1 (up to 90 minutes): Covers AI agents value, the TapeAgents framework, AI Agent Studio end-user experience demo, technical demonstration, and reporting options review. Includes 30 days access to a temporary instance.
- Session #2 (optional, up to 60 minutes): Provides an opportunity for Q&A regarding ServiceNow AI Agents and access to requested customer resources.
- Customer Roles and Responsibilities: Clear role definitions are provided for Platform Owners (overall platform accountability and governance), System Administrators (platform stability and configuration), Process Owners (ensuring process fitness), Developers (coding), and Trusted Service Partners (participation in coaching and support).

- Access to the accelerator depends on the customer’s package and environment restrictions; some customers in restricted environments, self-hosted setups, or with domain-separated instances may not have full availability.

| System Administrators (Required) | Maintains the stability and usability of the ServiceNow by performing application maintenance, managing support for cases related to ServiceNow applications, and contributing to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features. |
| Process Owners (Required) | A senior leader within each business unit for each major process or service such as incident, change, and employee onboarding, who ensures the process is fit for the purpose. |
| Developers (Recommended) | Writes code for the ServiceNow platform. |
| Trusted Service Partners (Recommended) | Attends one or more ServiceNow Impact Accelerator coaching sessions to understand leading practices and support customers. |
