Assign a default template

Assign a template as default to an AI system.

Before you begin

Role required: AI steward [sn_ai_g overnance_ai_steward]

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > AI Control Tower.
2. From the AI Control Tower, open the Configurations view.
3. From the navigation menu of the Configurations view, navigate to Controls > Value templates.
4. Select Assign default template.
5. On the Assign default template form, fill in the fields.

   Table 1. Assign default template form

   Field	Description
   Template name	Default template name that you want to assign to an AI system.
   Vendors	Software vendor of the AI system to which you want to assign the default template.
   AI system category	Category of the AI system to which you want to assign the default template. Note: For AI Skill, specify the skill type, Default or Creator.

6. Select Assign as default.

   If this assignment matches with any previous mapping, it updates the existing configuration of mapped template.
