Platform AI agents

Explore different AI agents available in platform ServiceNow Otto® applications.

There might be AI agents installed on your instance that are not used in agentic workflows. To learn how to see all agents that are available to you, see Find AI agents.

AI agents are also provided with some of the Integration Hub spokes or plugins that are preconfigured and are callable from interfaces such as AI Agent Studio and Virtual Agent. For more information, see Available AI agents for Integration Hub.

• Platform Approval assistance AI agent
  The Approval assistance AI agent is an AI agent that enables you to see your list of pending approvals, and the details about your pending approvals. You can then approve or reject requests and tickets from ServiceNow Otto® in Virtual Agent.
• Platform Issue Readiness AI agent
  The Issue Readiness AI agent analyzes the current state of a task to assess and determines whether it is ready to be worked on.
• Platform Request status AI agent
  The Request status AI agent is an AI agent that enables you to view tickets and make updates to them from ServiceNow Otto® in Virtual Agent, the ServiceNow Otto panel, or Microsoft Teams.
