Creating an automation request

An automation request helps you to automatically streamline your business processes, reduce the time that you spend on manual activities, and reduce your costs.

You can create an automation request in three ways. You can create a request by using the ServiceNow® Service Catalog, from Automation Center, or from Process Mining Workspace.

• Submit an automation request from Service Catalog
  Submit an automation request using the ServiceNow® Service Catalog form to automate your business processes to streamline, reduce time spent on manual activities, and reduce costs.
• Create an automation request from Automation Center
  Create an automation request from Automation Center to automatically streamline your business processes, reduce how much time is spent on manual activities, and reduce your costs.
• Create an automation request from Process Mining Workspace
  Create an automation request from the Process Mining Workspace, which is outside of the Automation Center. If you have installed Process Mining and Automation Center, then you can create an automation request from the Process Mining Workspace.
