Practical Implications for ServiceNow Customers
When configuring Now Assist in Document Intelligence:
- Ensure files conform to supported formats and size limits to avoid processing errors.
- Consider the page count restrictions, especially when tables are involved, to optimize extraction accuracy and performance.
- Limit use cases to a maximum of 50 fields to maintain system efficiency.
- Select appropriate language models based on document language and format for effective text recognition.
Being aware of these constraints will help customers design effective document automation workflows and leverage Now Assist capabilities optimally within the platform.
There are several important limitations to be aware of when you’re using Now Assist in Document Intelligence.
