Paul Smith is currently an Advisor at ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW).

Paul joined ServiceNow in July 2020 as SVP & General Manager of EMEA, was soon elevated to President, EMEA in January 2021, Chief Commercial Officer in January 2022 and the President, Global Customer and Field Operations in January 2025. He assumed the role of Advisor in April 2025.
