National Grid has been a ServiceNow customer for a number of years. Starting with IT Service Management, the organisation has recently expanded into IRM, ESG and SPM as it moves toward greater integration and an improved customer experience. ServiceNow plays a key role in National Grid's IT strategy: whether it is aiming to deliver greater IT data transparency or to ensure compliance to the many regulations that govern energy providers.
What's more, ServiceNow ESG is helping to shape the data that National Grid needs in order to make informed decisions around how environmental initiatives are undertaken. This data is giving National Grid greater oversight into sustainability across the business, while helping the organisation embed sustainability into the way it deploys IT services.
