Hi everyone,
I have created a notification to send an email to external user with close task button, by clicking on that comments will be sent to servicenow instance by sending reply, but I am not getting watermark in reply email to instance, but I am getting watermark while replying email on clicking reply. Please suggest me how to get watermark in reply email by clicking close task button.

Hi Annamdevula,
Watermarks are typically used internally in ServiceNow to associate an email, normally a reply or forward, to a given object within the instance. When the email comes from the user, in practice not preview, does it have a watermark on it?
For a number of releases, ServiceNow can auto associate an incoming email if the subject starts out with RE: or FW: and the full incident number (e.g. INC0123456).
We do something similar where we send an email to the user with two options: yes close it or no it isn't done. We follow the OOTB approach where there are two links that open an email which the user then either just sends, for yes, or the user gives a reason why, for no. In those cases, the email that opens for the user has a watermark.
