AI Search is not showing the result of INC and RITM

Hello Experts,
We have enabled the AI Search in one of our development instances.
We have added custom facets like incident and problem and added conditions to show the relevant incidents and Requested items.
The issue is when we search with the entire number, we can able to find the related incident but when we search with 'INC' or 'INC00' or 'INC0034' (INC0034567 Correct number). we are unable to see the incident record except putting the entire number.
Could you please help me what need to be modified or create to show the results for INC or RITM.
Please help ASAP.
