Configure the Impact Delivery Instance

  • The Impact Delivery Instance is delivered to you with minimal technical configuration required. Many of the setup steps involve planning within your organization and with your Impact Squad.

    1. Access is enabled by your Impact squad who sends the Platform Owner a specific URL to log in to your Impact portal.
    2. In order to access various levels of Impact, a role must be assigned to you. Your Impact Administrator can assign the appropriate roles to you. See Manage Impact Delivery Instance users and Roles installed with Impact for additional information.
    3. The value journey lifecycle starts with the creation of the value blueprint, which captures your business objectives, which are high-level goals tied to measurable outcomes that help illustrate value over time. Work with your Impact Squad and refer to Value management to get started.
