  • Value Reports translate ServiceNow outcome performance data into monetized business RO.

    Each report covers a defined time period and shows the total value realized across tracked outcomes, broken down by objective and individual outcome contribution.

    To access the value report in Impact Store Application, navigate to All > Impact > Value Management > Value reports, and then select the Value Report menu item in the Impact workspace.

    You can select a product to view its available reports. Select a report to load the corresponding value data for that product and time period. The existing value reports are displayed under each product line on the left.

    You can view the value reports published in Impact Delivery Instance under the value reports section. However, you cannot create or manage value reports in the Impact Store Application.

    Report Section Description
    Report header Displays the total value realized figure, product, date range, and comparison period.
    Executive summary Space for your Impact squad to add commentary and context.
    Value realized per objective Breaks down the total value by objective, showing each objective's contribution.
    Outcome contributions Shows the observation data, operational value calculation, business value, and the inputs and assumptions used to derive the monetized figure for each outcome.
    About this outcome and metric Describes what the outcome measures, its business context, and the metric used to track it.
