Share a project to let others see what you see, and enable a process owner to analyze
further.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_process_optimization_analyst, sn_process_optimization_power_user,
or sn_process_optimization_admin
Note: A user you’re sharing a project with must have the sn_process_optimization_analyst
role.
Procedure

Navigate to .

From the Summary and Insights, Analyst Workbench, or Automation Opportunities tab, select the Share button.
The Share project window is displayed.

Type any user, role, and group that you want to share the project with, and select the exact name from the drop-down list.

Select Add.

Select Confirm.
On this window, you will see all the users, roles, and groups that the project is shared with. This list gets filtered by the value you select in the Audience type list (All,
Users, Roles, or Groups).
- Optional:
To remove any user, group, or role from giving the access to the project, from the Actions list for that user, group, or role select Remove.
