View user analytics event occurrences to help you analyze core steps within your business processes.

About this task
Usage Insights automatically detects all screens, gestures, and user actions in your app, saving you time and improving your workflow. You can view occurrences of user-triggered events like menu selecting, button clicking, and swiping.
You can display a pie chart view or a table view by selecting one of these toggle
options .
Note:
Event properties showing ‘Sampled data’ are breakdown analyses based on only the
most recent 10K records.
Procedure
- Navigate to .

Follow one of these options:
- Search for an event:
- In the search field, type the name of the event to filter in the Events list, or scroll to search the Events list.
- Click the arrow right icon (
) next to the event you want to see.
- Click the Sessions list icon (
) next to the event to see similar occurrences from the Sessions list.
- See events across all applications:
- Click All Applications from the Web and
Mobile applications list of the dashboard.
- Under Actions for a selected event,
select
expand to see additional visualized event
details.
- Click All Applications from the Web and
Mobile applications list of the dashboard.
- Search for an event:
User Analytics Events KPIs
These event KPIs are tracked for web and mobile platforms.

| App Launch External | User launches application from a notification or deep link. |
| User Login | User successfully logs in. |
| Open App/ALP | User taps ALP/screen. |
| Open Applet | User opens an applet. |
| Voice Search Tapped | User taps the Microphone icon. |
| Contact Support Tapped | User taps the Contact Support icon. |
| Field Action | User taps a button, such as Call or Email. |
| Search Start | Search action starts. |
| Search Complete | Search action completes. This time is recorded in milliseconds. |
