Set up Usage Insights
An admin can configure Service Portal and web applications built on the ServiceNow mobile platform to track user analytics.

Usage Insights plugin
The Usage Insights plugin (com.glide.appsee) is activated by
default in the ServiceNow AI Platform in a new Washington DC instance, and
in upgraded instances.
The plugin is
responsible for:
- Checking hourly for new applications to register with the ServiceNow server.
- Providing access to the Usage Insights Dashboard​.
Note:
Usage Insights is not supported for on-prem instances.
