    Technical analytics show data such as number of users who use a specific operating system or particular device, and how many use the application at a certain resolution, or access the app when connected by wifi.

    Point to certain visualizations to see additional percentage or number details.

    KPI Description
    Total Active Users Total number of users, including new users, whose first session occurred within the specified time period.
    Most Popular Resolution Most commonly set resolution user devices were set at during sessions.
    Most Popular Device Most commonly used device during sessions.
    Killed sessions Number of sessions that have been killed by users, and percentage of sessions killed over all opened sessions.
    OS Versions OS versions users performed sessions on.
    Devices Mobile devices users performed sessions on.
    Device Resolutions Resolutions user devices were set at during sessions.
    Connectivity Network methods by which users accessed the internet for sessions.
