Fujitsu grows its talent with Enterprise Training Agreement
Fujitsu is dedicated to making the world more sustainable through innovation. The company and its 124,000 employees are the preferred digital transformation partner for customers in more than 100 countries, focusing on areas that include computing, networks, AI, data and security and converging technologies. Fujitsu is an Elite ServiceNow partner and has worked with ServiceNow to transform its own business and its customers’ businesses since 2011.
Fujitsu continues to RiseUp with ServiceNow to deliver extraordinary results for its customers and employees. In 2021, the company launched its Global Strategic Partner Academy, offering Fujitsu employees around the world access to ServiceNow learning content. Now, Fujitsu has taken this commitment to excellence through education to the next level by signing an Enterprise Training Agreement (ETA) with ServiceNow, further strengthening the skills needed to drive meaningful, sustainable change for the world’s leading enterprises.
Under this ETA, Fujitsu staff have unrestricted access to ServiceNow learning content and certifications, allowing employees to continuously grow their skills and accelerate their careers. Fujitsu intends to leverage the ETA to increase its number of ServiceNow certifications to over 10,000 within a year.
“We are excited to deepen our partnership with ServiceNow through this premium tier ETA. Fujitsu has been implementing ServiceNow in its own business to train and empower employees to continuously gain new expertise and skill up”, says Yoshinami Takahashi, SEVP, Head of Global Business Solutions at Fujitsu. “Based on this new ETA, Fujitsu will further accelerate its human resource development to offer customers high-value-added solutions”.
Fujitsu’s commitment to and confidence in ServiceNow training and certification are further proof of the value and momentum of RiseUp with ServiceNow, designed to skill one million people on the ServiceNow platform by the end of 2024. By entering into this ETA, Fujitsu has simplified the challenge of equipping its globally dispersed consultant workforce with the skills of the future, allowing the company to focus on enterprise-wide business and people growth instead of wrestling with individual regional budgets and one-off requests.
