Casey Coleman is vice president of global public sector at ServiceNow. She oversees development and implementation of a comprehensive global strategy for the company’s public sector business. Her responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the public sector to drive innovation and growth.
Before joining ServiceNow, Casey held executive positions at Salesforce, Unisys, and AT&T, as well as within the federal government. She spent 12 years working in tech roles at the General Services Administration and served as the agency’s chief information officer from 2007 to 2014.
