Marius Mosbach is a visiting research scientist at ServiceNow. The goal of his research is to enable reliable and controllable AI systems, particularly large language models (LLMs) that millions interact with daily. He works to build a fundamental, scientific understanding of this crucial adaptation stage. He’s also interested in the interpretability of LLMs.
Marius is a postdoctoral researcher at Mila – Quebec AI Institute and a postdoctoral fellow at McGill University in Montreal. Before that, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the language science and technology department of Saarland University in Saarbrucken, Germany.
