Paul Davies is the senior vice president of HR business partners for ServiceNow. He leads with a focus on delivering talent strategies that ensure exceptional outcomes for the company’s people, business, and community. Paul joined ServiceNow in September 2021 as senior vice president of people strategy and delivery. He led the HR operations strategy for the company’s rapidly growing global workforce of more than 20,000 employees.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Paul held a variety of HR leadership roles in several multinational companies, including GE, HP, and Northern Trust. He spent 17 years at GE where, in his most recent role, he led the global people operations function and was responsible for delivering the full breadth of HR shared services. Paul has extensive multinational experience, having lived and worked in China, Japan, Singapore, the UK, the Netherlands, and Australia.
