Every summer, ServiceNow brings together students from around the world as part of its Early Careers program. We offer real-world experiences, mentorships, and opportunities for interns to learn, connect, and grow professionally and personally while contributing in meaningful ways.
Kaitlyn S. is one example. As a summer intern on the employee communications team, she’s found herself energized by the work and the people she’s met. “I wanted a hands-on experience beyond the classroom,” she says. “ServiceNow delivered that and more.”
Kaitlyn’s sister, a former ServiceNow intern herself, had shared how supportive and immersive the experience was, sparking Kaitlyn’s interest in joining the company.
From helping prep materials for the Global Leadership Summit to participating in early-career community events, Kaitlyn embraced every opportunity presented to her. Along the way, she formed lasting relationships, gained exposure to real-world communication strategies, and grew more confident in her voice.
