Tasks state is setting to closed incomplete automatically

Hi community,

I'm creating subtasks using workflow, if the request is approved 6 subtasks should get created the flow is working fine and tasks are getting created but of the 6 two tasks state is setting to closed incomplete(ref the screen attached)  automatically as the approval is done, can someone please help me how to make them active as other tasks.

Can you share the flow configurations, which creates a tasks? It will be helpful for troubleshooting.
