This post is extremely usefull! Thank you so much for providing so much details. I am wondering if you have Yokohama Upgrade Kit to share? We are upgrading from Xanadu to Zurich and I would love to share both kits to our stakeholders so that they have full visibility on the changes that are comming. As an Admin / Platform Owner I am managing myself with technical documentation, but to the broader audience I really value the Upgrade Kits that ServiceNow produces. Thank you so much in advance!
