Install a Service Graph Connector from ServiceNow Store in SGC Central

    • Explore ServiceNow Store to request and use a Service Graph Connector with no available entitlements from within the SGC Central view of the CMDB Workspace.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CMDB Workspace.
    2. In the CMDB Workspace, select SGC Central.
    3. Select Explore connectors.
    4. In the Available from ServiceNow Store section, select Explore in ServiceNow Store.
    5. On ServiceNow Store, review the list of Service Graph Connectors and install a connector.
