    Role required: sn_cmdb_admin

    About this task

    Note:
This setting affects all users. Individual users cannot configure this setting. See Configure map filters and Configure options for the Related items module for settings that individual users can use to customize their personal experience with Unified Map.

By default, non-operational CIs are filtered out of maps and only CIs in which Life Cycle Stage is Operational or empty, appear.

Search results don't include those CIs that are filtered out based on operational state. Also, viewing details for a CI that is filtered out based on operational state, such as a non-operational CI, the Open Map button on the CI form isn't available.
