Install Service Graph Connector Support Tools

You can install Service Graph Connector Support Tools if you have the admin role. The application installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.

Before you begin

• Ensure that the application and all of its associated ServiceNow Store applications have valid ServiceNow entitlements. For more information, see Get entitlement for a ServiceNow product or application.

About this task

The following applications or plugins are installed with Service Graph Connector Support Tools:

Integration Commons for CMDB (sn_cmdb_int_util)

Contains the CMDB Integrations Dashboard and a set of Robust Transform Engine (RTE) transforms and script includes.

Glide Virtual Agent Lite (com.glide.cs.chatbot.lite)

Provides IT service assistance using several prebuilt IT Service Management (ITSM) conversations.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
2. Find the Service Graph Connector Support Tools application (sn_sgc_support) using the filter criteria and search bar.

   You can search for the application by its name or ID. If you cannot find the application, you might have to request it from the ServiceNow Store.

   Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.

3. If you're prompted, follow the links to the ServiceNow Store to get any additional entitlements for dependencies.
4. Select Install.
