Create a new agent in Google Dialogflow

    • To use Google Dialogflow with Virtual Agent Bot Interconnect, you must first create a new agent in Google Dialogflow.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Create a new agent in Google Dialogflow: https://dialogflow.cloud.google.com/#/newAgent

      In Dialogflow Essentials, select Create Agent and specify a name and default language.

      This also creates a new Google project.

    2. Click the agent settings icon, and then find the project ID on the General tab.

      Click settings, and then find the Google Project ID on the General tab.

    3. Click the Project ID.
      The project dashboard opens.
