Category users are the recipients of the questions for each category.

About this task
A category can have one or more assigned users, and the same user can be assigned to
more than one category. When the system distributes a quiz, it sends an email
notification, if configured, to the category users and creates a link to the
appropriate questionnaire in their assessments and surveys portal. Users can only
answer questions attached to their assigned categories.
Procedure
To select users for a category, select the Users related
list in a category record, and click Edit.
