Manage requests sent for API access in API Insights

    • Manage your sent access requests by either sending a reminder or withdrawing the request in API Insights.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_api_insights_ws.api_mgmt_architect

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > API Insights.
    2. In the Your access requests section on the Overview tab, select the displayed numeric value.
    3. In the Requests sent tab, view a list of access requests you have sent.
    4. Select the check boxes next to the request names to select one or more sent requests that you want to process.
    5. Manage the sent requests.
      DecisionAction
      Send a reminder. Select Send reminder.

      A confirmation message appears indicating that the reminder has been sent.
      Withdraw a Request Select Withdraw request.

      A confirmation message appears indicating that the request has been successfully withdrawn.
