  • Review the digitally signed PDF document to either approve or reject it.

    Before you begin

    Role required: none

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to your Document Tasks through either the Employee Center or through My Document Tasks.
      • To navigate through the Employee Center, navigate to All > Self-Service > Employee Center.
      • To navigate through My Document Tasks, navigate toSelf-Service > My Document Tasks.
    2. Select the document template task assigned to you and review the document.
    3. To approve or reject the document, do one of the following.
      • To approve the document, select Approve.
      • To reject the document, select Reject and provide a reason for the rejection.
