Join and end a conference call from incident communications management

  • After a conference call is initiated, join the call to participate in the discussion or end the call when the conference is no longer required.

    Before you begin

    Role required: notify_view, ia_admin or admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Incident Communications Management > All.
    2. Open the relevant incident communication plan.
    3. Click the Conference tab.
    4. For the relevant incident communications task, under Actions, perform one of the following actions.
      OptionDescription
      Join Conference Call If you are not already logged into the conference call, you can join the conference.
      End Conference Call End the conference when the discussion is over.
      Note:
      The work notes get updated with the details of the conference call such as duration and participants.
