Add a participant to a conference call to participate in the discussion to resolve
the major incident.
Before you begin
Role required: notify_admin, major_incident_manager, or communication_manager
Procedure

Navigate to .

Open the relevant major incident.

Select View Workbench.

Select Collaborate tab.

Select (+) Participants under Active Participants.

On the form, fill the fields.

- Users: Enter the name of the
user to include in the call.
- Group: Enter the group of
users to be included in the call.
- Email: Enter a valid email of
the participant to be included in the call.
After adding the required stakeholders, click
Add to selected. |

You can view the participants status in an active conference call.
