Schedule Monthly Health Assessment scans

  • Automate monthly Health Assessment scans and reports to help improve the health of your ServiceNow platform implementation.

    Before you begin

    Role required: impact_permission_authorizer

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Impact > Platform Health > Diagnose.

    2. Select Turn on.
    3. Select the instance type and instance to be enabled for the auto health assessment and provide permission for the scans.
      Important:
      If you do not consent to run the automated reports, the Monthly HealthScan reports will not be scheduled.
      Screen to consent and setup the auto health assessment.
    4. Select Enable.
      • A success banner displays with the option to request an Accelerator, as needed, or Close.
      • The scans are conducted monthly as long as the consent is active.
    5. Access the Monthly HealthScan reports in the Health Assessment Dashboard.
