New in the Zurich release
- Data model for Partner Relationship Management
- Enable a user with the sn_prm.enterprise_partner_admin role to map the fields on the channel partner record to their corresponding fields on the company record.
- Partner Workspace
- Manage and view the partner details via the Partner workspace if you have the sn_prm.enterprise_partner_admin role or the sn_prm.enterprise_partner_rel_manager role.
- Partner Workspace
- Enable a user with the sn_prm.enterprise_partner_rel_manager role to manage cases, orders, sold products, and install bases by using the Partner Overview tab in the CSM Configurable Workspace.
- Use the segment [sn_seg_segment] table to create records, track partner progress toward the next tier, and group partners effectively based on performance into multiple segments for tailored support, incentives, and visibility.
- Provide channel partners with exclusive rights to work on a particular deal registration or customer for a period of
time.

- Install the Quote Management for Channel Partners (com.snc.partner_relationship_management_qm) plugin to enable channel partners, B2B and B2C sales representatives, and managers to create, read, update, and track quotes associated with channel partners.

Activation information
Install Partner Relationship Management by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store.
