Service Portfolio Management release notes
The ServiceNow® Service Portfolio Management application enables you to plan, design, build, and implement your services, service offerings, and service portfolios. Service Portfolio Management was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.
Service Portfolio Management highlights for the Zurich release
- Edit your service portfolios to comply with the new Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) standards:
- The Service portfolio record view includes the following key fields that are important for DORA compliance: Managed by, Department, and Company fields.
- Select multiple contracts in the Contracts field.
- Delete the service portfolio or taxonomy node from the Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) scope.

UI changes
- Coral theme
- Coral is now the default theme for new portal, web, and mobile experiences with Next Experience or Core UI enabled. This theme provides a fresh look and feel, featuring brand-neutral illustrations to enhance your user experience. A dark theme option is available for web and mobile experiences.
- Enhancements to the Web and installed apps monitoring setup
- The process of adding an application for monitoring has been updated to enable you to choose any service from the cmdb_ci_service table or its child tables. The application type filed was added to the monitored applications list.
Activation information
