- Natural Language Disclosure via Now Assist: Employees can now disclose conflicts of interest by conversing in natural language through the Virtual Agent interface, eliminating the need to manually complete intake forms. This conversational intake automatically populates form fields, reducing effort and errors.
- Automated Risk Assessment Utility: The system evaluates disclosures against predefined risk factors to calculate a risk score and assign a risk level (Low, Medium, or High). Based on this risk level, the application automatically routes the request to the appropriate approval workflow, expediting decision-making.
- Flexible Risk Evaluation Types: The risk assessment utility supports three evaluation methods—Condition, Subflow, and AI skill—allowing customization and advanced analysis capabilities. Note that AI skill evaluation requires installation and configuration of Now Assist for Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
