  • The ServiceNow® Opportunity Management application enables your sales agents and account executives to create and manage opportunities. These opportunities identify and track potential sales based on identified customer needs. ServiceNow® Opportunity Management is a new application in the Zurich release.

    Opportunity Management highlights for the Zurich release

    • Enhance visibility and flexibility in pricing amendments for existing contracts or services through Move, Add, Change, Delete (MACD) actions on Sold Products (SP), Product Instances (PI), or Contracts.
    • Identify multiple stakeholders and accurately qualify opportunities with opportunity associated contacts and their defined roles. This is vital for streamlining sales processes and gaining clarity on how each contact influences the outcome of a deal.
    • Drive structured collaboration among multiple stakeholders involved in closing a deal using Opportunity Teams. The teams verify collaboration across various roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Partner Managers.

    Opportunity Management features

    Delta pricing for opportunity
    The following new fields added to the Opportunity and Opportunity Line objects improve visibility and provide greater flexibility in managing pricing amendments:
    • Contract Start/End Dates
    • Renewal Amount
    • Upsell/Downsell Amounts
    • Total Net New Amount
    Add an opportunity associated contact
    Create opportunity associated contacts to associate multiple account contacts, verifying clear identification of all stakeholders and their respective roles.
    Add a new opportunity team member
    Create a new opportunity team member to associate multiple team members with an opportunity to enable structured collaboration and grant access based on their roles. The ability to grant access is available from Zurich Patch 3 release.

    Activation information

    Install Opportunity Management by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.
