• AI Desktop Actions release notes
  The ServiceNow® AI Desktop Actions application enables you to design, configure, and manage desktop actions to automate repetitive tasks. These desktop actions are executed by AI agents created in AI Agent Studio. AI Desktop Actions is a new application in the Zurich release.
• AI Control Tower release notes
  The ServiceNow® AI Control Tower application provides a centralized workspace for AI stewards to manage and monitor AI within the enterprise. AI Control Tower was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.
• AIOps LEAP release notes
  The ServiceNow® AIOps LEAP application uses AI-driven insights to create automation and resolve high impact issues for quick incident resolution management. AIOps LEAP was enhanced to support additional large language models (LLMs) in the Zurich release.
• Generative AI Controller release notes
  The ServiceNow® Generative AI Controller application enables you to use generative AI capabilities with third-party large language model (LLM) providers on the ServiceNow AI Platform. Generate and summarize content, analyze user sentiment, and write unique prompts. Generative AI Controller was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.
