    • The ServiceNow® Service Creator application enables a department to offer custom services through the service catalog. This application is currently supported for the Zurich release, but it will be deprecated in a future release.

    Deprecations

    Starting with Zurich release, Service Creator is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer available for activation but will continue to be supported. For details, see the Deprecation Process [KB0867184] article in the Now Support Knowledge Base.
