  • The ServiceNow® Card data security application enables you to tokenize sensitive card data, such as primary account numbers (PANs), in Financial Services Operations dispute workflows. Card data security is a new application in the Zurich release.

    Card data security highlights for the Zurich release

    • Ensure Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and the secure handling of sensitive card data with an integrated tokenization solution for Financial Services Operations disputes.
    • Integrate with major core systems and third-party systems, including (but not limited to) Visa, Mastercom, Mastercom Extended, Ethoca, Verifi, and Visa Stop Payment Service. Visa and Mastercom are predefined integrations.

    Card Data Security
    Tokenize secure card data in FSO dispute workflows by integrating with a tokenizer service through Card data security. You can configure which values to tokenize, establish connections to core systems and third-party systems like Visa and Mastercard, and manage tokenizer resource configurations.

    Coral theme
    Coral is now the default theme for new portal, web, and mobile experiences with Next Experience or Core UI enabled. This theme provides a fresh look and feel, featuring brand-neutral illustrations to enhance your user experience. A dark theme option is available for web and mobile experiences.

    Activation information

    Install Card data security by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.
