New in the Zurich release
- Modify forecast adjustments
- Sales agents can modify their individual system-generated forecast values and sales managers can modify their team’s forecast projections. Adjusting forecast values provides more flexibility to sales agents and ensure a more accurate view of expected sales performance and forecasts.
- Submit final forecast
- Finalize and submit forecasts within defined submission periods to ensure accurate sales forecasts and projections. You can modify forecast values and submit the final forecast for a selected time period. After submission, the forecast roll-up displays only the locked and finalized values.
- Set up sales territory hierarchy
- Set up a sales territory hierarchy for specific regions to assign sales agents to defined territories. This capability improves forecasting accuracy and tracking efficiency for organizations that use territory-based sales structures.
