  • The ServiceNow® AIOps LEAP application uses AI-driven insights to create automation and resolve high impact issues for quick incident resolution management. AIOps LEAP was enhanced to support additional large language models (LLMs) in the Zurich release.

    AIOps LEAP highlights for the Zurich release

    Use Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic LLM in AIOps LEAP in addition to Now LLM Service. See Learning Enhanced Automation Platform (LEAP) for more information.

    Important:
    AIOps LEAP is available under Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) in the ServiceNow Store. For details, see the "Activation information" section of these release notes.

    New in the Zurich release

    New third-party AI model provider options available for all Now Assist applications
    Google Gemini and AWS Claude are available for Now Assist skills and AI agents in addition to Now LLM Service and Azure OpenAI.

    UI changes

    Coral theme
    Coral is now the default theme for new portal, web, and mobile experiences with Next Experience or Core UI enabled. This theme provides a fresh look and feel, featuring brand-neutral illustrations to enhance your user experience. A dark theme option is available for web and mobile experiences.

    Activation information

    Install AIOps LEAP by requesting Now Assist for ITOM from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.     Additional requirements

    You should have Now Assist for Creator installed to generate playbooks.

    Accessibility information

    Dark theme
    The new Coral theme includes a dark theme option for web and mobile experiences. This option is commonly used to alleviate eye strain and improve readability.
