    • The ServiceNow® Learning Posts application enables you to create an omni-channel learning experience for your employees empowering them with the right learning at the right time. This application is no longer supported starting with Zurich release and all Learning Posts capabilities are now integrated within ServiceNow® Journey designer.

    Deprecations

    Starting with the zurich release, Learning Posts is being deprecated. It will be hidden and no longer available for activation. For details, see the Deprecation Process [KB0867184] article in the Now Support Knowledge Base.
