New in the Zurich release
- Managing work orders for telecommunication services
- Manage the work orders for field services to support the installation, activation, and site assessments that are needed for connectivity services. This feature supports the POST, PATCH, GET, LIST, and DELETE operations for work orders via the TMF 697 Open API.
Activation information
The Telecommunications appointment booking feature is available with activation of the Telecommunications Open API (com.sn_tmf_api) and Field Service Management for Telecommunications (com.sn_fsmt) applications. Install these applications by requesting them from the ServiceNow Store.
