    • The ServiceNow® Workflow Data Fabric Hub application unifies data from across the enterprise, providing access to external data in real time without needing to copy it to your instance. Workflow Data Fabric Hub is a new application in the Zurich release.

    Workflow Data Fabric Hub highlights for the Zurich release

    • Access enterprise data from external data warehouses including Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and Amazon Redshift, data lakes such as Databricks, and databases, including Oracle.
    • Retrieve data from external sources in real time without copying any data to your instance using zero copy connections.
    • Enrich AI agents and workflows on the ServiceNow AI Platform with external data using data fabric tables.

    Workflow Data Fabric Hub features

    Retrieve real-time data from external sources directly in the ServiceNow AI Platform, without copying any data to your instance using zero copy connections.
    Enable data consumers to access external data on the ServiceNow AI Platform to power AI features and build applications using data fabric tables.
    Connect to Teradata
    Retrieve data from Teradata in real-time without copying or duplicating the data.
    Connect to Amazon S3 tables
    Retrieve data from Amazon S3 tables in real-time without copying or duplicating the data.

    UI changes

    Coral theme
    Coral is now the default theme for new portal, web, and mobile experiences with Next Experience or Core UI enabled. This theme provides a fresh look and feel, featuring brand-neutral illustrations to enhance your user experience. A dark theme option is available for web and mobile experiences.

    SAP ECC primary connector
    The SAP ECC connector is now certified as a primary connector.
    SAP S/4HANA primary connector
    The SAP S/4HANA connector is now certified as a primary connector.
    Primary connectors in preview
    Primary connectors that are still being enhanced to include all planned functionality are now identified as in preview. These connectors are fully supported by ServiceNow®.

    Activation information

    Install Workflow Data Fabric Hub by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.     Workflow Data Fabric Hub is also available with activation of the Zero Copy Connectors app (sn_data_fabric_zcc), which requires a separate subscription. For details, see .

    Accessibility information

    Dark theme
    The new Coral theme includes a dark theme option for web and mobile experiences. This option is commonly used to alleviate eye strain and improve readability.
