The ServiceNow® Recruitment workspace application provides a flexible workspace for you as a recruiter to manage, prioritize, and perform your work. Recruitment workspace is a new application in the Zurich release.

- Substitute interviewer
- Substitute an interviewer for any interview on a job where you're part of the hiring team, from Recruitment workspace. You don't need to reschedule the interview or update invites.

- Create a job requisition for a vacancy that you want to fill in your organization.

- View all the job requisitions where you're listed as an additional recruiter or recruitment coordinator, on the home page cards and list view in Recruitment workspace. Previously, only the primary recruiter saw these requisitions in Recruitment workspace.
Activation information
Install Recruiter Workspace by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. The Recruitment workspace application is delivered as a Store application. For plugin details, see the Store listing.
Additional requirements
The Hiring Core application provides essential data models and shared components for Hiring Experiences. The Hiring Core application must be activated.
