- Role Management: New responsibilities such as Support Department Agent and Support Department Manager allow for more precise user access control. These roles can be assigned via the Edit Member related list within healthcare organizations.
Activation and Integration
To deploy Care Team Operations for Environmental Services, customers must request installation through the ServiceNow Store. This application integrates with Healthcare Operations Core, which provides foundational capabilities including the Care Team Portal, and complements other Care Team Operations applications for Healthcare IT, Biomed, and Facilities. Additionally, Care Team Mobile supports mobile reporting and issue management for hospital care teams.
The ServiceNow® Care Team Operations for Environmental Services application contains case types to report and fulfill facilities issues as part of Healthcare Operations. Care Team Operations for Environmental Services is a new application in the Zurich release.
