The ServiceNow® Dispute Rules Content Pack for Nacha application enables receiving depository financial institutions (RDFIs) to access operating guidelines for checking the eligibility of disputed automated clearing house (ACH) transactions. Dispute Rules Content Pack for Nacha is a new application in the Zurich release.
