Removed in this release
The Document Intelligence application has been removed from the application navigator.
Deprecations
- Starting with Zurich release, the document extraction feature in Document Intelligence is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported. For details, see the Deprecation Process [KB0867184] article in the Now Support Knowledge Base. Instead, you can extract information from documents using the Now Assist in Document Intelligence application. For more information, see .
- The Document Intelligence Admin (sn_docintel_admin) plugin is planned for deprecation in the B release.
Activation information
Install Document Intelligence by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. The Document Intelligence application (sn_docintel) depends on the Document Intelligence plugin (com.glide.platform_ml_di), the Predictive Intelligence plugin (com.glide.platform_ml), and the Document Intelligence UIB component (com.sn_docintel_iframe).
