Key Features
- Integration with AI Control Tower: Strategic priorities and goals can now be categorized as Artificial Intelligence using the Type field for strategic priorities and Category field for goals. This enables tracking and monitoring of AI-related goals and strategy progress directly from the AI Control Tower workspace.
- Role Enhancements: Users with the
sngf.goaladminrole can edit any goal or target regardless of ownership or contribution, providing greater flexibility in goal management. - UI Improvements: The Coral theme is now the default for new portal, web, and mobile experiences with Next Experience or Core UI enabled. This theme offers a fresh, brand-neutral look with optional dark mode for web and mobile, enhancing user experience.
- Active Goals Display: By default, only active goals (those with the Active field set to true) appear in Goal and Parent goal reference fields across all applicable tables, streamlining goal selection and relationship creation.
Activation and Availability
The Goal Framework application is available through the ServiceNow Store. Customers must request installation from the store to enable the application in their environment.

- Categorize your strategic priorities and goals as Artificial Intelligence to track and monitor strategy progress from the AI Control Tower workspace.
Use the Type field for strategic priorities and the Category field for goals to classify them as Artificial Intelligence and monitor their progress in the AI Control Tower workspace.
- Role enhancements
- With the sn_gf.goal_admin role, you can edit any goal and target as needed, even when you aren’t the owner or contributor of a goal or target.

- Coral is now the default theme for new portal, web, and mobile experiences with Next Experience or Core UI enabled. This theme provides a fresh look and feel, featuring brand-neutral illustrations to enhance your user experience. A dark theme option is available for web and mobile experiences.
